西林瓶液体洗烘灌装加塞联动线由 QCL 系列立式超声波洗瓶机、 ASMR隧道式热风循环灭菌烘箱、NFGF系列型西林瓶液体灌装加塞机组成，也可单机使用。适用于2-25ml规格的西林瓶水针的生产。能完成喷淋注水、超声波粗洗、瓶外壁水冲洗、瓶内壁连续二次循环水冲洗、一次吹气、一次新鲜水冲洗、连续二次吹气、瓶外壁吹气、预热、烘干灭菌去热原、冷却、前充气、灌装、后充气、加塞等二十多道工序。
